MAYOR SMITH NAMED TO
USCM 2007 NOMINATING COMMITTEE

 

Mayor Wayne Smith is among a group of 15 mayors nationwide to be named to the 2007 nominating committee of the U. S. Conference of Mayors. Appointed by USCM President Douglas Palmer, mayor of Trenton, the members will recommend candidates for officer, trustee and advisory board vacancies on June 24 during the organization’s 75th Annual Conference in Los Angeles. The recommendations will be voted on by the full membership during the business session lto be held the following day.
